We expect you to have time to read, learn, and attend events. Our team should never be short of new ideas, so do what you need to stay creative and broaden your horizons.

Travel

Expect to travel 4-5 times a year for team gatherings in San Francisco, New York, Charlotte or to attend occasional events and conferences.

Vacation

Three weeks of paid vacation annually plus standard holidays. We believe time off is important to regenerate and expect vacation to increase with tenure (within reason).

Parental leave

Twelve weeks of paid parental leave and willingness to work on flexible schedules after return from leave. Parents deserve time to bond with their children.
