Before we dove headfirst into Space Craft, we contributed to and led teams working on real estate, urban planning, and capital projects in geographies across the country. Over the course of these experiences, we wore a multitude of hats: strategy, underwriting, acquisition, zoning and entitlements, design, construction management, and operations.

Led strategy and coordination across New York City agencies to incentivize commercial and office development in transit hubs outside Manhattan, focused on Long Island City and Downtown Brooklyn.

Our modularized wood-framed structure was successfully delivered on a tight timeline and efficient budget. With custom local art, we were able to preserve three on-site redwood trees. We also implemented an innovative floor plan to improve the net to gross ratio of usable square footage.

Our first campus in Nashville was a ground-up steel structure with a concrete tilt-up gymnasium. Our second campus was a 1970’s office renovation into a beautiful elementary school.
Redesigned day-to-day field operations of a $19B electric utility with Bain & Company.
Managed the project from acquisition, programming, design and engineering, entitlements, permitting, through construction to occupancy. The campus combines the renovation of an old post office with the addition of a new classroom building. The new structure is a LEED-performing, ground-up, pre-fabricated steel structure.
